Frequently Asked Questions for Deftones - Covers release_id_12689739 Photo - Jill Furmanovsky Centre

What should I check if checkout reports a payment problem?

Do not send a password or payment security code in a general support conversation. Check whether the selected payment method is actually offered for the purchase.

What should I check when changing marketing message preferences after a purchase?

Avoid deleting purchase confirmations simply because you no longer want promotions. Use the relevant support process if the documented controls fail.

What should I do if a receipt or invoice contains an error?

Use the original order reference when requesting a correction. Retain any explanation linking the revision to the original document.
